Easy to make but full of flavour! Good hot or cold.
½ cup chopped onion
5 tbsp Delizia Basil Pesto
2 tbsp Parmigiana Reggiano, grated
1 package Marella pasta
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp Rosemary Marcona almonds - available at Olive the Best

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain.

Meanwhile heat the Rosemary olive oil in a frying pan over medium low heat. Add Delizia Basil pesto, onion, salt and pepper. Cook about five minutes or until onions are soft.

In a bowl, mix pesto mixture with pasta. Stir in grated cheese and add the Rosemary Marcona almonds. Serve.
