Chicken wings are always a hit - whether its for a snack or as part of a meal.
Try this sweet and spicy combination to fire up the taste buds!

4 lbs chicken wings
¼ cup Olive the Best Ultra Premium EVOO
salt & pepper to taste
¼ cup Olive the Best Honey Ginger White Balsamic
¼ cup Olive the Best Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 tbsp Olive the Best Cayenne Pepper EVOO
2 tbsp Infusion Premium Foods soy sauce
2 scallions
1Preheat the broiler and set rack in the centre of the oven.
2In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the UP EVOO and season with salt & pepper.
3Arrange the wings on a wire rack set on a large baking sheet.
Broil for 45-50 minutes, turning once or twice, until wings are cooked through and crisp.
4Meanwhile in a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegars with the OTB Cayenne Pepper EVOO and simmer for 2 minutes. Let cool then whisk in the soy sauce.
5In a large bowl, carefully coat the wings with the balsamic mixture, transfer the wings to a platter, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
