¼ cup "Olive the Best" Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp finely chopped shallots
⅔ cup "Olive the Best" Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt & freshly ground pepper

Whisk together fig balsamic vinegar, garlic and shallots in a small bowl.

Then whisk in basil olive oil and season to taste with the salt and pepper.

Keep in a tightly sealed container and it will last up to 4 days.
