The blood orange olive oil is a perfect complement to the cinnamon, maple, butter and vanilla flavours in this breakfast treat.
2 eggs
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup milk
7 slices of bread (brioche is very tasty!)
½ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp Olive the Best Maple Dark Balsamic
1 tbsp Olive the Best Blood Orange Olive Oil
Bowl of fresh cut fruit
Olive the Best Butter Infused Olive Oil - to taste

Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Maple Balsamic and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.

Dip bread (brioche) in egg mixture, then fry slices using Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil until golden brown (remember to flip and cook the other side).

Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter Infused Olive Oil.
