A staff favourite is to drizzle it on freshly cut slices of tomatoes and let it sit and integrate with and mellow the tomatoes for a delicious complement to your meal (add some soft mozzarella and chopped green onions for both taste and colour too!). It goes with almost all our olive oils. So diverse!

My go-to is the Traditional 18-year aged, but OMG is this stuff great, too!! I like to drizzle it over chicken from the instant pot before it does its final broil to crisp up in the oven. YUM! You can use this in anything you’d normally use balsamic in, too, and it’s fantastic for oil and vinegar bread-dipping, too! Decadent deep rich flavor!
