Here's a list of ideas for tacos, carnitas, salsa, curtido and guacamole for a start!

Persian Lime Chicken Tacos
 1 sour orange, juiced
 1 garlic clove
 salt, oregano, cumin, paprika to taste
Carnitas
 1 garlic clove
 salt & pepper
Salsa featuring Baklouti Olive Oil
 ½ lb green tomatoes (tomatillos)
 ½ cup roasted chiles
 cilantro to taste
 salt
Salsa featuring Lemon Olive Oil
 ½ lb tomatoes, chopped

 2 cups onions, chopped
 cilantro to taste

Curtido (Cabbage Relish)
 ½ head of cabbage
 ¼ cup Olive the Best Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive OilIf not in stock, please ask.
 2 carrots, finely shredded
 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
 1 garlic clove
 fresh cilantro, salt and pepper

Marinate chicken with Persian Lime, juice from a sour orange, garlic and seasonings

Drizzle with Olive the Best Ultra Premium Olive Oil and grill.

Mix ingredients together and brush on meat, vegetables of choice

Broil in the oven.

Salsas

Mix together ingredients and enjoy on top of tacos, fajitas or taco chips.

Curtido (cabbage relish)

Slowly pour 3 cups of boiling water over cabbage in a strainer.

Rinse cabbage with cold water and drain well.

Add all ingredients with cabbage in a container with a lid and shake to mix well.

It's best to let the relish marinate for best flavour.
Can be store for up to a week.
