What an amazing, refreshing, and low calorie drink to celebrate an event or as the start to an evening entertaining friends!

 1 tbsp Chambord liquer
 ½ tsp Olive the Best Cascadian Wild Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
 Frozen raspberries
 Chilled Prosecco or sparkling white wine

Pour Chambord liqueur into a chilled champagne flute.

Add Cascadian Wild Raspberry Vinegar and a few frozen raspberries.

Holding a spoon near the bottom of the flute, begin pouring chilled Prosecco onto the spoon (slowly moving the spoon to the top of the glass). This technique will keep the beautiful two-tone effect of the cocktail. For an even blush colour, simply pour the prosecco into the flute without the spoon. Enjoy!
