I absolutely love guacamole! I can't imagine how I turned my nose up at avocados when I was young but it was guacamole that showed me the way to the flavour and benefits of eating this healthy fat.
I thought I would share my version. Enjoy!

 1 Avocado
 1 tbsp Hellman's Mayonnaise (optional)- or plain Greek Yogurt will work as alternative
 1 fresh plum tomato, diced
 1 green onion stalk, chopped
 Tajin Classic Seasoning with Lime
 red chile flakes to taste
 cilantro, chopped (optional) to taste
 ¼ fresh jalapeno (optional)I would not include this if you are serving a spicy salsa as well
 1 tsp Olive the Best Baklouti Olive Oil (optional)Use this in place of the jalapeno to spice it up or use our Jalapeno Olive Oil

Cut avocado in half lengthwise. Use your knife to chop at the pit so the knife embeds and pull the pit out.

Remove all flesh from the avocado in a bowl. Add mayonnaise (or plain Greek Yogurt) and blend or mash until its well mixed.

Stir in chopped tomatoes, green onions and any other ingredients along with Persian Lime Olive Oil.

Garnish with a sprinkle of Tajin seasoning on top with a sprig of cilantro.
