4 lbs ham roast, boneless
½ cup Olive the Best Blushing Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic
¼ cup Dijon mustard
⅛ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp Olive the Best Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2Place ham in a roasting pan with Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil covering the bottom of the pan.
3In a small bowl, whisk together the apricot white balsamic (apricots if you choose to add them), Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
4Cover the ham completely by brushing it with the glaze.
5Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees remembering to baste the ham with the glaze every half hour.
6Slice and serve with spoonfuls of the juice from the pan.
