4 chicken thighs
2 tbsp Olive the Best Harissa Olive Oil
2 tbsp Dript Smokey Hive honey
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Antonio Sotos smoked paprika
1 tsp coriander
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Olive the Best Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla White Balsamic
1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2In a bowl, whisk together Harissa Olive Oil, honey, lemon juice, smoked paprika, coriander, and garlic.
3Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then coat them in the marinade.
4Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
5Drizzle the Cara Cara Orange-Vanilla White Balsamic over the chicken and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
