This cocktail featuring Olive the Best Lavender Dark Balsamic Vinegar is perfect for celebrating any occasion with a touch of elegance and freshness. Include some blackberries and enjoy!

 1 cup fresh blackberries frozen berries are an option too
 ¼ cup vodka
 750 ml 2x - bottles of Champagne

Boil blackberries, maple balsamic and vodka in a saucepan.

While the blackberry mixture is cooking, gently mash the berries gently until they are broken down (about 5 minutes to create a rich blackberry sauce.

Place in fridge for 1 hour.

In a glass pour 1 tbsp of blackberry sauce, then add 1 tbsp of lavender balsamic vinegar. Mix until fully combined.

Pour chilled champagne over balsamic and blackberry mix and stir or combine in a cocktail shaker.

Add fresh blackberries or fresh lavender as garnish and enjoy!
