This Portuguese Cobrançosa extra virgin olive oil offers savoury, vegetal notes of arugula and green tea leaf with a pungent, peppery finish. Crafted using an advanced high-vacuum malaxation process, oxygen is removed during production to protect the oil from oxidation; preserving its fresh flavour, chemistry, and high antioxidant (phenolic) content.
