It doesn't take much to elevate your meal. You just need the right ingredients.
1 tbsp Olive the Best Ultra Premium Picual EVOO
¼ cup cream
1 clove garlic
sprig of fresh dill
½ tbsp Olive the Best Wild Fernleaf Dill Infused Olive Oil
8 potatoes (6 if they are large)

Peel and quarter potatoes. Add to pot of water on high heat. Turn down when boiling and cook for 20 minutes or until they can be pierced with a fork.

When potatoes are half way cooked, start the green beans by sauteeing in pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic. Beans should be cooked when they have a nice bright green for a cooked but still crisp texture.

Once the potatoes are boiled, drain water and add cream. Use mixer to whip potatoes. Mix in fresh dill.

Plate whipped potatoes and beans and drizzle with Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil to create a beautiful flavour profile.
