These martinis are a great colour for the festive season ---- or try them as an Apéritif for Valentines.
2 oz "Olive the Best" 18-Year Old Traditional Dark Balsamic
2 oz sweet Vermouth
2 oz Rye
ice

You'll need a shaker for this one.
Add all ingredients along with ice.
Shake well, then pour into martini glasses.... and tell me it's not good!
