1 wheel of Brie
⅓ cup dried cranberries
¼ walnuts, chopped
1 medium pear, diced to
⅓ cup Olive the Best Pomegranate Dark Balsamic
2Slice the top rind of the brie with a sharp knife scoring in a criss cross direction.

3Place the brie in a brie baker or oven-proof shallow dish.

4Combine pear, walnuts, cranberries and Pomegranate Dark Balsamic in a small saucepan.
5Cook 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until pomegranate becomes thicker thus reduces.
6Pour the pear walnut pomegranate reduction over the brie and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
7Enjoy with a crusty bread, crostinis or crackers.
