Orange and Cranberry make such a wonderful sweet balsamic pairing - without any added sugar!

 ½ cup Olive the Best Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil or try Greek Mani or Mandarin Orange Olive Oil
 1 cup brown sugar
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup all-purpose flour
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 4 cups rolled oats
 1 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, mix Butter Infused Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into the sugar Olive Oil mixture.

Mix in the oats and cranberries last.

Scoop a spoonful (rounded) for each cookie onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Try to allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5-6 minutes then enjoy.
