 1 tbsp Marquis grainy Dijon mustard
 3 tbsp Preservatory Preserves
  cup Olive the Best Balsamic Vinegar (choose your flavour)
 1 cup Olive the Best Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 salt & pink peppercorns

Whisk together mustard and preserves to combine.  Add balsamic vinegar and whisk in olive oil in steady stream. Season with salt and pink peppercorns to taste.
