5 cups kale, chopped
½ lb bacon, cut into pieces
2 shallots
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Olive the Best Garlic Olive Oil
1 ½ tbsp Olive the Best Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic
1In a large cast iron skillet, add pieces of bacon and cook at medium high heat.
2Add shallots once the bacon pieces are almost done and cook the shallots until they are translucent.
3Add garlic cloves and red pepper flakes.
4Add kale and drizzle garlic olive oil over the entire contents of the skillet. Toss to coat and cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar over the entire skillet.
5Toss to coat and cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
6Remove from heat and to finish drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar over the entire salad.
