½ cup Olive the Best Butter Infused Olive Oil
½ cup Olive the Best Fused Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3In a large bowl, mix Butter Infused Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
4Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir into the sugar Olive Oil mixture.
5Mix in the oats and cranberries last.
6Scoop a spoonful (rounded) for each cookie onto the prepared cookie sheet.
7Try to allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5-6 minutes then enjoy.
