Description
Our Peruvian Reserve is a Koroneiki dominant single estate crush resulting from fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. This masterful cuvee contains Koroneiki, Picual and Picholine with pronounced notes of green banana, tomato leaf and baking spice. The creamy centre is followed by an intense pepper and fleeting bitterness.
