Who doesn't like a big thick piece of crusty bread dipped in a high quality olive oil ?
mmmm .... what a delicious treat.
There are many ways to create different flavours other than simply using one of our Ultra Premium olive oils with a little sea salt or combined with balsamic. You can also use one of our flavoured oils too, like the Tuscan Herb olive oil --- but here is another idea to try and it's worth the 5 minutes it takes to make it.
1 cup Olive the Best Basil Olive Oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and add the sea salt and pepper to taste.

Preferable to serve at room temperature to allow the tasting notes of the oil to open up with the full flavour.
