Now just imagine switching that up to the next level by using our White Truffle Oil and 25-year aged dark balsamic (called Denissimo).

1 cup Infusion Premium Foods soy sauce
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp "Olive the Best" Denissimo 25-year aged Dark Balsamic
1 inch piece of ginger, sliced
2 tbsp "Olive the Best" White Truffle Oil
Option to Sub Truffle Oil
2 tbsp "Olive the Best" Toasted Sesame Oil

Bring the soy sauce to a boil, add the sugar and slices of ginger and stir.

As soon as it boils, remove from the heat and add the balsamic vinegar and truffle oil.

*** NOTE: Sesame oil can be substituted for the truffle oil if you prefer but the sauce will lose some of the unique flavour.
