This takes eating avocados to another level!
6 firm avocados
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup fresh parsley
3 garlic cloves (crushed and diced)
½ tsp salt
dash of pepper

Quarter avocados and season with salt and pepper and brush with Olive the Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice.

Grill over medium-high heat, turning until marked all over, 5 to 7 minutes.

Combine Olive the Best 18 Year Aged dark balsamic, Dijon mustard, fresh parsley, garlic cloves (crushed and diced), salt and a dash of pepper in a blender. With the blender running, add your choice of Olive the Best fused/infused olive oil, and puree until smooth.

Drizzle over the avocados and enjoy!
