Made with white Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic vinegar of Modena, but is not caramelized, therefore retains its white colour. The result is a crisp vinegar with a touch of sweetness reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from northern Italy.
| Uses: | Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any of our EVOOs as well as with our flavored oils to make a light, tart vinaigrette. Try using for glazing meats or vegetables, fruit salads or reducing for topping desserts like peach cobbler. |
