Freshly cooked chickpeas taste best, but busy people will often rely on canned beans—that’s okay too.
7 oz cans of organic garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cumin

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup "Olive the Best" Herbes de Provence olive oil
2 tsp sea salt or to taste
1
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
2
