Sweet and Spicy Gochujang Balsamic Chicken

Bold, sticky and just the right heat. Made with our Olive the Best Gochujang Olive Oil and Olive the Best Watermelon Rosé. Perfect for a summer bbq, picnic or and great addition to a rice bowl.

Ingredients:
 2 lbs boneless, chicken thighs or breasts
 2 tbsp Olive the Best Gochujang Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Olive the Best Watermelon Rosé Balsamic
 1 tbsp Olive the Best Infusion Soy Sauce Premium Classic
 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
 2 cloves Garlic
 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)
 Juice of 1/2 lime
 Salt and Pepper to taste
 Optional: Chilli flakes or sriracha for extra heat
Instructions:

Make the marinade: In a bowl or ziplock bag whisk together Gochujang Olive Oil, Watermelon Rosé Balsamic, Soy Sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, lime, salt, and pepper.

Marinate the chicken:  Add chicken and coat well. Let sit for 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the fridge.

Grill or Bake:  Grill - preheat to med-high. Grill for 5-6 mins per side until nice charred and cooked through. Oven: Bake at 400* for approx 20-25 minutes, basting once or twice with extra marinade.

Finish: Let rest for 5 minutes, Slice and serve with watermelon salad, rice or slaw.
