This Pink Guava Mimosa is a light, refreshing, easy-to-make mimosa made with Olive the Best Pink Guava Rosè Balsamic, oranges and champagne or prosecco if you like.

Juice 4 oranges for 1 ½ cups juice adding 6 tbs Pink Guava Rosè Balsamic refrigerating over night or morning of to chill juice mixture.
For 6 Champagne flutes, fill each glass 2/3 of the way (about ½ cup) Champagne or Prosecco, topping with juice mixture (about ¼ cup).
Add sliced orange to serve.
