Lightly charred on the grill and finished with fresh herbs and optional feta, it’s a simple yet elegant side dish that pairs beautifully with chicken, fish, or Mediterranean platters.

 1 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise into ½-inch strips
 ½ tbsp Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
 ½ tbsp Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
 garlic, finely minced
 ½ tbsp fresh basil, chopped (optional for garnish)
 ½ tbsp crumbled feta or shaved Parmesan (optional)
 1 pinch finishing sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Prep the zucchini: Slice zucchini lengthwise and place in a shallow dish
